Yesterday I met one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Folz took the time to listen to my needs and was not judgmental of me. He explained how he thought he could help me and showed empathy for my situation. Both Dr. Folz, and his nurse, were so professional and kind.

Let me tell you first hand you don't want to go here you are not treated with respect it doesn't matter if you're having surgery or if they want to just profile you as someone beneath their feet. If you ask for something you get treated like you are a dope fiend. And if not you are threatened and told that you will not get medication and God forbid if you don't know the rules of this establishment because you are the one that gets the replications of whoever is having a bad day especially Erica Lowery. I will never go back I even want one day with my father we walked in and he said no this is no place to be I wish I could have been able to listen to him before he passed I would have never gone into that establishment nor been humiliated or to be threatened without having medication that I've been on for over 20 years. Keep reading those posts because people actually killed themself over not getting their medication like I said it's true look at the reviews not just the five stars cuz let me tell you they don't deserve a star at all. At first when I was just getting shots oh I was a wonderful patient to them but when it came to dispensing out pain medication well let me tell you I was treated so unfair unprofessionally like I was the scum of the earth for being on medication for over 20 something years due to car accidents head injuries back surgery full on but it was all my fault just to ask for medication then to be told that I saw or was receiving medication from too many doctors it came from one place one place only and that was the spine place and put on surgery so sometimes those other doctors were in the operating room but no it was all my fault I was even laughed at when I was in tears and said I did everything I'm supposed to do I wouldn't be here today if I didn't because of the appointment I cried and I showed my scars for my back only to be laughed at from around the corner. So unless you want to lose a family member or be treated horrible please I beg you don't go here and you're listening to somebody that dreaded had anxiety and depression attacks each and every month that I had to go not like some people that could go every couple months. Or the fact that when you walked in the door you always had a urine Coke While others didn't I was picked on and that's why I know I will never go there or never will tell anybody to go there and that's at Commonwealth Pain and Spine in St Matthews don't go there

"Better healthier"

I'm very thankful for doctors who have been taking good care of me they are Respectful kind caring helpful and show me lots of care for a long time very long time I was not able to really walk or do anything without being in so much pain every day I went to sleep with pain I woke up with pain I tried to everything I could but it was very painful I stand for few min just to do dishes in within 10min I had to stop and try 40min later everytime I tried to walk within 10min my legs went completely numb felt like jelly I had to stop my walk now I can do everything sometimes I can walk 2hours straight since I'm trying to lose weight and I have been losing weight I feel amazing and I'm very thankful I have my life back now I'm able to do more for my elderly friends don't give up continue to keep trying and go to your appointments I'm thankful for doctors and the nurses too
