Bio

John Gardner, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician specializing in interventional pain management at Interventional Pain Specialists in Franklin and Bowling Green, Kentucky. 

With a strong clinical background and a commitment to improving patients' lives, Dr. Gardner focuses on reducing pain through minimally invasive and nonsurgical methods.

Dr. Gardner’s medical journey began at the University of Louisville Medical School, where he received his Medical Doctorate in 2013. He strengthened his skills during a residency program at the University of Cincinnati, finishing in 2013. Dr. Gardner completed his anesthesiology and pain medicine fellowship at the same institution in 2018. 

Dr. Gardner employs cutting-edge techniques to relieve pain and enhance his patient’s quality of life. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive care tailored to individual needs. His specialty is treating neck and back pain, chronic headaches and migraines, and chronic regional pain syndrome (CRPS). 

Along with nerve blocks, nerve ablation, and other interventional pain management techniques, Dr. Gardner uses Botox® and hemp oil to minimize inflammation and discomfort.

Since 2018, Dr. Gardner has served the community of Bowling Green, helping individuals overcome the challenges of chronic pain while delivering expert care. He is excited to meet new patients and help improve their overall well-being.
