Kristin Boothe is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with 11 years of experience caring for and treating patients from childhood to the elderly. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. Her previous work experience includes Ultra Health Providers, Advanced Care House Calls, and Owensboro Chiropractic and Family Practice. Kristin is passionate about creating strong patient relationships and has extensive clinical experience in family medicine and mental health. She is BLS and AANP certified.
