Timothy Mims, MD, is a highly trained anesthesiologist and pain medicine specialist at Commonwealth Pain & Spine in London and Pikeville, Kentucky. Dr. Mims is a compassionate provider who has over two decades of experience in the field.

He graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica in 1999. Following his medical school training, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Hospital. He then went on to pursue fellowship training at the Tri-program at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Cornell, and Hospital for Special Surgery.

Dr. Mims specializes in neck, back, and spine pain, offering a wealth of knowledge in helping find the right solution for patients’ conditions. He always takes the time to address any concerns and questions patients may have and listens thoroughly to determine the best course of treatment.
