Bio

Tracey R. Frederick is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with six plus years of on-the-job training. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY. Her prior employment includes working as a Registered Nurse-Preoperative Holding and Registered Nurse-Coronary Care Unit at Baptist Health Louisville. Her experience includes prepping patients for surgeries based on physicians needs and orders, initiating and implementing plans of care based on patients’ needs and physicians’ orders, assessing critically ill patients coming from ER, PACU, Cath Lab, etc. and more. Tracey is a member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners & Nurse Midwives and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her certifications include ACLS and CPR.
