Two Carolina Clinics Join the Commonwealth Pain & Spine Network

Dr. Michael Cronen

We’re proud to announce that Piedmont Interventional Pain Care and Carolina Pain Physicians have officially joined the Commonwealth Pain & Spine network.

These partnerships bring together highly respected leaders in interventional pain management, both known for compassionate, patient-centered care, with a shared mission of expanding access to advanced pain treatment across the region.

What Patients Can Expect

  • No changes to your care: Dr. Robert B. Wilson II, MD (Piedmont Interventional Pain Care) and Dr. Tony Owens Jr., MD (Carolina Pain Physicians) will continue seeing patients and leading care as always.

  • Same treatment plan: Patients will continue their existing treatment plans without interruption.

  • Expanded support and services: Over time, patients may notice an even smoother office experience and access to additional services offered through Commonwealth Pain & Spine’s growing network.

A Shared Commitment to Compassionate, Personalized Care

Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Commonwealth Pain & Spine has served patients since 2012. Our team of dual-board-certified physicians and experienced staff are dedicated to providing cutting-edge, individualized treatment for chronic pain.

By joining forces with Piedmont Interventional Pain Care and Carolina Pain Physicians, we’re strengthening our shared vision: to help more patients live healthy, active lives without the burden of pain.
