We’re excited to share some great news! Commonwealth Pain & Spine has finalized a new contract with UnitedHealthcare in Tennessee. Starting December 1, 2025, our Tennessee clinics will be in-network with the following UnitedHealthcare plans:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Commercial
Please note that UnitedHealthcare Exchange/Marketplace plans are not currently included.
