Christopher Trower, DO

Dr. Christopher Trower began his education at Hampton University, where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. During his time at Hampton, he completed the Army ROTC program and was commissioned as a Finance Officer in the U.S. Army. He then pursued his medical degree at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Trower completed his residency in the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he was appointed Chief Resident. He also received the Research Project of the Year award for his work creating a CME module for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

He went on to complete the Pain Medicine Fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist/Atrium Health, one of the premier programs in the country.
