Jas Likens, APRN

Jason Likens is a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in acute care, neurology, primary care, and patient-centered treatment planning. He earned his Associate of Science and Associate of Arts from the Kentucky Community & Technical College System before earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University. He later earned his Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University.

Jason completed more than 600 clinical hours in primary care, urgent care, and rural health settings, where he provided comprehensive assessments, managed acute and chronic conditions, developed diagnostic and treatment plans, and educated patients on medication management, lifestyle modification, and disease prevention.

His clinical background includes respiratory, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, neurological, and dermatologic conditions. A member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau, Phi Theta Kappa, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, he is also ACLS and BLS certified and is an AANP-certified FNP-C.
