Jean Minier, FNP-C

Jean Minier is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pain management in Georgia. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University. Before joining Commonwealth Pain & Spine, Jean worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner with Georgia Pain Associates and Sentara Halifax Family Medicine. Her extensive nursing background also includes surgical care, operating room nursing, intensive care, pain management and opioid monitoring.

Jean’s experience includes evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic testing and coordinating referrals. She is also experienced in trigger point and joint injections, wound care and minor office procedures. Jean is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds active APRN and RN licensure in Georgia, DEA registration, and BLS certification. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
