About Kelly
Kelly earned a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Louisville, Kentucky, and holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Pikeville.
Her professional experience includes serving as a physician assistant at Graves Gilbert Clinic, where she practiced internal medicine in both inpatient and outpatient settings and assisted in spine and general orthopedic surgeries, including pre- and post-operative care. She also has experience in urgent care. In addition, Kelly is a facilitator at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Kelly's clinical training spans a wide range of specialties, including internal medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, and behavioral health and psychiatry. She has also participated in and presented on topics such as pain case studies, complementary and alternative medicine, psychiatric health, and cultural diversity in healthcare.
Kelly is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She holds active certification through the NCCPA and maintains licensure in Kentucky and Tennessee. Her certifications also include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, and HIPAA compliance.
