LeeAnn Roberts, FNP-C

LeeAnn Roberts’ path in nursing began at Vincennes University, where she earned her Associate and Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing, before completing her Master of Science in Nursing with a Primary Care focus at Indiana Wesleyan University.

LeeAnn brings more than a decade of hands-on clinical experience to her role, having worked extensively in medical-surgical hospital settings. She is known for her collaborative approach to patient care, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement comprehensive treatment plans. In addition to direct patient care, she has served as a preceptor and charge nurse, mentoring new nurses and supporting unit leadership.

With her compassionate demeanor, strong clinical background, and commitment to patient education, LeeAnn is dedicated to helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care. She strives to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term health goals.
