Melissa Fuquay, APRN

Melissa Fuquay, has more than 27 years of experience in family practice, general practice, neurosurgery, gastroenterology, intensive care, and pain management. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, IN.

Her prior roles include serving as a Nurse Practitioner at Progressive Health at Toyota, Advanced Pain Care Centers of America, Deaconess Health Systems Gastroenterology, and Tri-State Community Clinics. Her experience includes performing physical assessments, managing acute and chronic conditions, providing follow-up and preventative care, and overseeing interventional procedures. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with certifications including BLS, CPR, and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber, and is licensed in the State of Indiana as both an RN and CNP
