Important Notice for Our North and South Carolina Patients

UnitedHealthcare Medicare Contract Ending 12/1/25

Effective December 1, 2025, Commonwealth Pain & Spine will no longer be contracted with UnitedHealthcare Medicare in North Carolina and South Carolina. This change may affect your in-network coverage.

You have options to continue your care with us.

Medicare Open Enrollment Is Happening Now

Open Enrollment ends December 7, 2025. During this period, you may:

  • Switch to a Medicare Advantage plan that is contracted with Commonwealth Pain & 
    Spine
  • Return to Traditional Medicare
  • Select a new plan that better meets your healthcare needs

  • Medicare Plan Finder: www.medicare.gov
  • You may also contact your licensed insurance agent or reach out to Medicare plans 
    directly.
