Effective December 1, 2025, Commonwealth Pain & Spine will no longer be contracted with UnitedHealthcare Medicare in North Carolina and South Carolina. This change may affect your in-network coverage.

Medicare Open Enrollment Is Happening Now
Open Enrollment ends December 7, 2025. During this period, you may:
- Switch to a Medicare Advantage plan that is contracted with Commonwealth Pain &
Spine - Return to Traditional Medicare
- Select a new plan that better meets your healthcare needs
